Just keep doing this until you have a super vampire. To get through this problem, if you fill any stats to maximum, just click reset stats and then click auto spend points (don't worry it will not erase your stats, it will only clear the remaining points you haven't spent). Be careful you cannot have remaining points or you cannot proceed to the game. You will now have the character points again besides the ones you already used.
Go back to Base on the selection screen and select The Same Clan (if you select a different one it will reset the points). Go to the character sheet then put your points where you want to put them. When you start a new game, go straight to the character creation screen and select your clan.
